“Hot tub was broken, I had to use”

“We booked through Expedia for a last minute trip. Upon getting to the hotel, we were unable to access our room due to the door key pad dying. The personal onsite has to use the master physical key to open the door. He informed us if we left the room we would get locked out and would need to ask for assistance again. Once we finally got in, we noticed there was mold on the curtains hanging over the window unit. I made comment with the associate in the room. After he left, we inspected further and...

“Very nice breakfast. Room. 109. Window leaks a lot (it stormed out). Water cam in from the storm. On the windowsill and floor. Needs to be fixed”

“We didn’t like anything. The breakfast was awful. There are birds living in the lobby and breakfast area. So there was bird poop on the dining room seats where we were trying to eat our breakfast. The room smelled like mildew and mold. We only stayed one of the nights and then we found a different hotel.”

“Please look at the pictures closely! They are 100% accurate! This is a 1950s outdoor access motel. Take that for what it is worth. It is a very basic facility that will work for an emergency or a good nights sleep when you are in far north Texas. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable bed and AC. “Everything was great. There was a gentleman outside cleaning the property. The hotel is an older one but it very well kept and clean. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was pleasant and had good information about things to do in the area. I would stay here again.”
